DVMS Band Plays at WVHS Football Game Last Thursday, September 27th, the DVMS Band was honored to play with the WVHS Band during the Half-Time Show at the West Valley Football Game. Way to go, D'Backs!!
HELP WANTED: 8th Grade Students on Saturday, October 20th Our 8th grade students have the opportunity to help out the Ramona Bowl in setting up and running a booth during the Boo Bowl. Please attend a meeting on Thursday, October 18th from 3:45 - 4:15 pm in room 501 if you are interested. AVID students will earn Community Service Hours!!!
College Fair at DVMS DVMS's first school wide College Fair is happening Wednesday, October 10th. Students will be engaged in activities about becoming college and career ready throughout the day. We invite our Parents and Community members to join us after school from 2:15 - 3:15 pm to take a tour of the College Fair.
Rock - A - Thon Fundraiser Please sponsor one of our DVMS band members to allow them to show off their skills during the Rock-A-Thon on Friday, October 5 from 4 - 7 pm.

AACES meeting The African American Committee for Excellence and Success will hold its first meeting from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on 9/18/18 in the multipurpose room.
First day Field Activities Cancelled Due to heat and air quality concerns the field activities for all grade levels have been cancelled. The Resilience Assemblies will continue as scheduled for the first day of school.
